It's an OK figure but robot mode has limited knee articulation so only really has one or two poses, if you spend a lot you may be disappointed in it I feel.
perhaps consider the human alliance model for leadfoot, note there are two paint jobs for this one, one has the number on the roof.
the ice cream truck is fiddly and a neat concept but again I wouldn't pay loads for it.
with eBay it's sometimes worth just waiting with saved searches, sometimes someone will put something up for sale at a reasonable price and you'll be able to nab it, it could take months or years though. And it is worth remembering that certain lines do fluctuate in perceived value, I guess there are people on the market at the moment with money to burn who are keen on these items?
I agree with Paulbot and TinyJazz, some of the newer legends figures also scale well, like the optimus as you'd expect him to be bigger than a lot of the older smaller scale legends figures.
I am slowly collecting some WST Transformers for my Metroplex/fort max/other titan display if/when it ever happens. they might be considered too small by some.
