It's not a toy store. They basically take leftover brand name items that didn't sell in normal retail stores and sell them again at clearance prices.

Yes... basically a Reject Shop of cheap left-over stock that mostly focuses on clothing, but does have some other non-clothing items, like toys.
Being an offloading of old stock type of store, items are only seen once. When they sell out, there is no restocking expected (unless there is another offload from that other distributor).
It is an American company, that has been very popular.... enough to spread out globally recently, including to Australia in the last year.
Toymate Robina has Series 3 Turbo Changers, blind bagged for 4.99

Myer Robina has 1x Elita 1, but no wave 3 deluxe potp
At Woolies Sunnybank yesterday (Friday), they had the second wave Grimlock for the small Authentics line.

Hey y’all!! So bear with me. I’ve never posted anything, like ever, so I have no clue what I’m doing. I signed up to these boards out of excitement. So I’d lost hope, I was going to bite that bullet and pay eBay prices, until I went to the shops and there they were. Just sitting on a shelf at Kmart, the very two I was going to buy online! studio series Jazz and Lockdown!! Just sitting there! In the wild!! It was amazing. I took pics as proof (but I have no idea how to post them or if I’m posting this correctly! Who is Snapchat? Is he one of the minions? Are they all pokey-men?!) so basically, this post is for all of you out there, don’t give up hope!! If I can find two of the four I’m chasing (those pesky Dinobots are still eluding me! Where for art thou Snarl and Sludge??) at freaking Kmart Burpengary, then there’s hope yet. But yeah, if you need proof tell me how to post pics haha. I’m still super JAZZed I was able to LOCKthemDOWN without paying online prices. Kmart transformer prices are the best!! Have a nice day all!!!
No transformers at all at Kmart Indooroopilly? :/ they rearranged the whole store and it’s very confusing now lol. They had the Ooshie advent calendars for all properties except transformers.
First wave cyberverse at target.
Finally had a chance to check out toyworlds new relocated store. It’s huge! Transformers are hidden all the way at the back though. Lots of new cyberverse and bumblebee movie toys. A whole box of Tiny Turbo Changers series 3. Studio series Grimlock. New Mighty muggs.
They had a couple of predakings behind the register so possibly already sold.
Imgur or Flickr. Grab the bbcode sharing link to post.
Flickr is a lot easier because you can select what size image you want to post so you don’t distort the board formatting. Imgur does have the same ability it’s just more frustrating getting it to work, especially if you’re using a smart device.
With a BigW store in the ACT having the new Bumblebee toys in this week, I went to the one nearest me, and found that they had not only stocked the Bumblebee toys, but most of the Cyberverse line and a restock of the Studio Series Deluxe toys with Lockdown and Jazz.
Plus, one of the two Kinnerton Transformers Advent Calendars were there too, for $3.
BigW prices, to be added to the Price Comparison listing...

^ MLP Advent calendar! 😍
Westfield Coomera just opened, and figuring they would have all new stock, I hoped to score some TF goodness.
Woolworths TF Authentics Wave 1 (small ones), no wave 2 Grimlock.
Coles TF Authentics (larger) none in their 'party' isle, and they have no intention of stocking I suspect as their isn't a dedicated toy section.
Kmart Wave 1 Cyberverse.
Target heaps of Wave 1 Cyberverse. Heaps of studio series Wave 1.
PotP Wave 3 Terrorcons full set plus 2 Jazz. I went to cancel my Amazon order, but it had already shipped, so it's still there.
EBgames, no TF Card series.
So bit of a bust really.
Brisbane CBD Big W and Target both have SS Jazz but no Lockdown which seems... odd.
Mr Toys has the Wave 3 terrorcons and a boatload of TLK figures.
Big W strathpine had a full peg of 7pack Ooshies. No calendars. :/
Aldi at Strathpine had a new refill of the calendars yesterday.
Target and Big-W Chermside has SS Jazz and Lockdown.
Toymate Robina had the ooshie advent for $40... I caved as couldn't find them in big w. No other new TF stock
http://www.toycollectors.com.au/news/2018/102001.jpg
And two more licensed Christmas items were found at the same BigW store, at the front with the Christmas items - a stocking and a surprise egg.
Both have the same non-food items in them. The stocking has gummi snakes, while the egg has jelly beans.

Their main Transformers toy section, restocked with the Movie toys and Cyberverse...
http://www.toycollectors.com.au/2018bw23.jpg
Plus, two of the final season DVDs for RID, for $9 each.
http://www.toycollectors.com.au/2018bw24.jpg
Kmart Sunnybank had the Mighty Muggs, and Energon Igniters Speed figures for $12.

Big W Runaway Bay has the TF Ooshies advent calendar in the center isle, Christmas section, along with Lego advent calendars and even a Care Bear one. They have heaps of old tmnt ooshies in the toy section, a few marvels, and no room to put out new stock :(
At Garden City today...
Target - as I had expected, after the sale ended, they got in wave 2 of the Cyberverse Ultras (which were on sale).
http://toycollectors.com.au/2018tg15.jpg
Kmart only had about a dozen Transformers toys left on the shelves... which was oddly empty compared the amount of stock going out to stores at the moment, including other Kmarts.
They did have this kids t-shirt though for $9. Can't choose between Optimus or Bumblebee? Then why not have both...
http://toycollectors.com.au/2018km23.jpg
The Reject Shop still had some of the $6 Legion Dragonstorms...
http://toycollectors.com.au/2018oth08.jpg
JB Hifi had this compete TFPrime DVD set for $75, containing the entire 3 seasons and the finale Predacon Rising movie.
I don't remember if this was new, or if I've seen it before.

BigW had the usual Movie items, plus the 7-pack Ooshies (I didn't see the Calendar, but didn't look for it).
http://toycollectors.com.au/2018bw25.jpg.
http://toycollectors.com.au/2018bw26.jpg
Big W Burleigh Heads (Stockland) had the 7 packs of TF ooshies (no advent calendar). Its seems there are three assortments, packed 3 of each to a case.
I was bitterly disappointed to find out the 'hidden' figure in EVERY SINGLE PACK I bought was a 'common', two of which we already packed in the 7 pack. On the back it said that there were two figures only available in the 7 pack, so I assumed I'd be getting one of that. These 7 packs really aren't worth buying at $15 a piece.
Big W Woolworths had the Advent Calendars though, in a cardboard standee in the toy aisle. It had only two rows, but packed three or four deep a random assortment of Care Bears, TF, Marvel, DC. So you might be able to pick these up at your local woolies.
I was at Aspley Hyperdome Woolies and noticed some PotP Grimlocks and a few larger Authentics bots in a separate box/shelf for Christmas.
Woolworths Runaway Bay has the larger class Authentics in a new Hasbro Green Woolworths Try Me cardboard standee (toy isLe, but at the front). It's cobranded though, as there was a second Green Woolworths Try Me standee with Beanie Babies (to my knowledge Ty is not a Hasbro subsidiary?).
No sign of the Wave 2 Authentics Grimlock in the smaller size class
Not that the Authentics toys are any good (they are probably an embarrassment to the Brand, and more likely to put off kids from wanting their parents to buy more Transformers, ever)... I'm happy to hear that I might yet be able to find them in Australia if they are showing up at Woolies now.
A lot of empty hooks and a few product maps at my local big W. Looks like we’re in for a big restock tonight.
Indro target has POTP Cutthroat, Blot, Sinnertwin, Slag & dreadwind, two of each.
Studio Series Leader Blackout & Grimlock.
Deluxe Ratchet, orange lockdown, camaro bee, beetle bee
Blot and Sinnertwin. Cyberverse Leader Megs and Optimus at Carindale Myer.
Target has a bunch of Cyberverse.
Runaway Bay Big W has new studio series Jazz Wave, and the new TF trading card starter pack
Garden City BigW tonight...
A nice amount of Transformers at the moment, with probably about a hundred Energon Igniter Speed toys (Legion sized toys).
http://www.toycollectors.com.au/2018bw27.jpg
They must have had a restock since I was last there, as they had the 2nd wave Power Plus Shatter toy....
http://www.toycollectors.com.au/news/2018/110901.jpg
...and, the second wave of Titan Changers (which is not only a world first, but completely unknown). But it's nothing exciting, as it is just a re-release of Optimus from wave one in new packaging, while the two "new" figures are only the other two TF5 Titan Changers (Camaro Bee and Megatron)... which all look to be identical to their earlier releases.
http://www.toycollectors.com.au/news/2018/110902.jpg
I also found the Trading Card Game Starter Pack and booster packs... but took me a while to find them. They were in the DVD area, but with such a small range of trading cards, it isn't a big section to stand out.
http://www.toycollectors.com.au/2018bw28.jpg
http://www.toycollectors.com.au/2018bw29.jpg
And while in the DVD section, a cardboard display had all five Transformers movies, for about $10 each.
http://www.toycollectors.com.au/2018bw30.jpg
Cotton On Kids at Kawana Shopping World has the mini bots in stock. They are at the front of the store in the island shelf as you walk in the store.
Robina Woolworths (upstairs, didn't go downstairs) had only 1 TF Authentics Grimlock (smaller size class) for $10. Given his size is more legends, not a bad price. No sighting of the larger class yet.
Bigw garden city tonight had 2 each of Studio Series VW Bumblebee and DOTM Ratchet, but no Shadow Raider.
Also, their Trading Card booster packs are already sold out, but they look to have some more Starter Packs.
I also finally found the Ooshies calendar near the layby counter.
Woolies had the large and small Authentics along with the small Speed series Energon Igniters... and the Ooshies calendar.
Pics or it didn't happen... :p
BigW...

These were the Harem Shorts that Galvatran found down south a couple weeks back... otherwise known as drop-crotch pants (or to get the super sagger look without exposing your underwear, which in some areas of America is illegal). It looks and feels like you're wearing a nappy/diaper... which doesn't look that great, particularly since they are a short-leg version of Harem Pants - originally a women's fashion item that MC Hammer infamously made trendy (not) during the late 80s, and Beiber also tried to make fashionable again in recent years.

BigW had the second wave of Cyberverse 1-steps.

And at the Woolies nextdoor...
http://toycollectors.com.au/2018ww07.jpg
Is anyone seeing the big Grimlock (Authentics) at Woolies on these pre-pack displays? I've only been able to see Optimus and Bumblebee, and I doubt that Grimlock would be more popular than the two iconic characters... which makes me wonder if the pre-pack display only has the two iconic characters.
It wasn’t me. Credit goes to member KELPIE. :)
http://www.otca.com.au/boards/showpo...postcount=7476
That sentence sounds oh so wrong!:D
Sorry to both of you for that mistake... I'm used to one particular person posting up sightings of TFs clothes.
Okay... I'll have to have another look then.
I don't think they'll go on sale either, so I might have to bite the bullet and pay full price on the three... before they disappear (each store didn't have many in the pre-pack display).
Target at Garden City also has the Cyberverse 1step wave 2 toys, and the wave 2 Movie Titan Changers. (I can't find the wave 1 Bumblebee anymore... now that they have been on sale... typical)
And taking a second look at Woolies, I found the large Authentics Grimlock, so all three were indeed there.
From yesterday at Garden City - Target as noted above...

And at BigW... they've put the Transformers toys onto their own two-sided section, but then forgot to get in enough toys to fill it (this was the amount of toys that were there 5 days ago before they were moved there).
They did the same thing at this store for the TF4 Movie, with Stinger and Bumblebee covering that same section... so these will probably show up at most/all BigW stores in the next week. (hopefully they are expecting more toys to show up soon to fill it)

They had that BB / cyberverse stand filled at Strathpine bigw last Thursday.
