Well, my now my hate-grudge against TRU in the USA has progressed to our shores as well.

Mine got cancelled, I ordered at 7:30 ish QLD time last night as soon as I saw this thread, they took my payment but I received cancel notice today, I went into my store this arvo and it looks like they haven't had him for a while, no gap/tag on the shelf, we are also out of MP-10's! Anyway, that makes me glad I didn't drive in last night.
Bummed about missing out, but that's the way she goes. :(

TRU are clearly guilty of bait advertising which is unlawful.

TRU at the very least needed to restrict one per customer and have a "no holds" policy. First come first served, and if you can't make it in the store then bad luck. Harsh but fair.

Having had some experience in this area, they absolutely ARE guilty of bait advertising!
