Unless you have a friend or relative in Japan, it is not possible to buy them directly from TT mall...

Takara Tomy Mall is now running a 60mins 10% off discount Spring Sale (yeah it is Spring in Japan atm)...it would be better if it runs tomorrow though :(

I sent a screenshot of the mailing address I used for my TakaraTomyMall account to Tenso customer service. They quickly replied and showed me the right order, great customer service! I'm all set for tomorrow!

You can purchase from TT mall and use tenso.
However there are a lot of products who will not allow you to use tenso.
