Seriously though... that makes no sense. Being an effective spy requires having an effective disguise, not a dodgy one. And it's not as if previous TF double agents have had 'damaged' insignias (e.g.: Punch/Counterpunch, Doubledealer, Sideways/Doubleface etc.).
Looks like another case of Animated QC (or lack of) striking again. :/
The black area that the symbol is located on rotates to switch symbols (similar to Blitzwing's faces). I think it's just that in that photo KC99 hasn't positioned it perfectly and thus it looks a bit like a bad paint app.
