I would be guessing that ROTB is already available on Paramount+ for streaming, as it is already available to rent on Amazon Prime, and probably elsewhere as well.
JBHifi released the physical versions yesterday, while Amazon Australia releases theirs tomorrow.
ROTB is getting its physical release in Japan tomorrow (November 8th), and there are a lot of different store exclusive versions on offer, with different cases and bonus items, like keychains, stickers, and postcards.
