Thanks Kurdt and Jay. :)
I'd rather have the foot or toy replaced than have to 'operate' myself. Depends what RK have to say.

Thanks for the response all; will shoot an email to RK; if not then raise a paypal dispute.
Might not be worth all the effort!
They never replaced or responded to my several emails (with photographic proof) about a faulty Alternity Skywarp. The employee Po confirmed that the boss received the emails though, but he never responded.
Thanks Griffin. :)
Is it worth complaining to Po? Or should I just start a PayPal dispute?
I sent a photo in the email as well:

Paypal would advise that you try contacting the vendor yourself first. If you cannot get resolve, then dispute.
Yeah, always best to give them a chance first, then do the paypal dispute if you don't get anywhere.
Yep, but I did try to contact them (info @ robotkingdom.com, CC: sale @ robotkingdom.com) about it last week and still no reply. Should I be spamming them with this or threatening them with the PayPal dispute?
Dammit, if this was HLJ at least they would have given me an answer by now. :(
Po = sale ~o~ robotkingdom.com
Ray = workshop ~o~ robotkingdom.com
I've mentioned this before but here's a reminder - a paypal dispute doesnt work on non-ebay transactions.
paypal will do nothing to help you when you buy outside of ebay. simple as that. this is my #1 hated fact about paypal.
1. I disagree
2. Even if they didn't, as long as you funded it via your credit card, you can dispute it through the credit card provider, which will trigger a PayPal dispute.
