He's an optional replacement arm for Talon/not-Divebomb, if you want a Rex with more symmetrical look. Talon can be attached to Rex's back if Felisabre is used as an arm.

tigris and talon lacking in paint apps but has lot of detail so im adding some silver to them atm ... :) and just love the way all the weapons connect to each other to form the massive sword and cannon , very nicely done ...
