1x Spinister and 1x Crosshairs in the toy isle Big W Calamvale as of 8:53am
For anyone looking for Crosshairs or Spinister, there is a bunch of the former and at least 2 of the latter at Forest Lake Target.
From the last week (only now have the time to post these up... but there isn't anything too exciting to report).
DEC 24th (late in the afternoon, so the stores were pretty much stripped clean by this stage)...
Pacific Fair BigW - nothing much.
Pacific Fair Kmart - the newer Rescue Bots and series 4 single pack Botbots.

(that store was a huge mess)
DEC 26th...
Kmart Logan Hyperdome - Must have had the fourth series of single pack Botbots, but all that was left was the empty case. They also had the newest regular sized Rescue Bots, and a restock of the Mega Mighties wave 1 (Bumblebee & Hotshot).

Toyworld at Logan Hyperdome - had the voyager sized Studio Series Brawl, which I haven't seen for a while.
http://www.toycollectors.com.au/2019tw35.jpg
Toymate at Logan Hyperdome - They have red "sale" tags for the Siege Voyagers, now at $39 (don't know for how long or if it is permanent). Also found several Siege Astrotrains, as well as two different licensed Bumblebee remote control cars (the Movie VW and the RID car). And near the front of the store, a heap of more old stock that they didn't have a couple weeks ago - the 5th movie (Last Knight) wave 3 Deluxe figures of Drift, Sqweeks, Slug and Steelbane.

And at Coles Sunnybank, the UK Rescue Bots magazine that they've been selling for about a year now, has some bonus figurines for the current issues - Optimus this month, Grimlock next month.

Big w in the city (queen st) just got in new siege deluxes. I got Spinister!! $29. 2 left and 2 Crosshairs and a couple Hounds and Sideswipes
Kmart Helensvale had literally cleared its shelves of all transformers during the week (tags still there, all old stock removed) so I am hoping that means old Cyberverse line pulled, new Cyberverse subline and Earthrise coming. Otherwise why pull them all, and leave an empty half an isle.
Robina Toymate has 3x Omega Supreme, but at $299 I suspect it will be a while before they clear them
Saw the Cyberverse Adventure line with build a figure. Ther was Shockwave, Prime, megaton and bumblebee all for $40 each in Toyworld.
From Saturday at Garden City, to see how the stores were after a month after Christmas...
(nothing new though)
BigW - big fail with no restocking since Christmas... the only Transformers were Bumblebee Movie "Legends" figures and Siege Battlemasters.
http://www.toycollectors.com.au/2020bw01.jpg
Myer - also a big fail, with no restocking since Christmas.
http://www.toycollectors.com.au/2020m01.jpg
They had a discount sale on that ended today, which I completely forgot to post up until now. (sorry)
http://www.toycollectors.com.au/2020m02.jpg
Target - almost a fail, as they had a lot less than at Christmas, but still a bit of a range to choose from.
http://www.toycollectors.com.au/2020tg01.jpg
Kmart - a pass, barely, as there looked to be some new items, but not a lot.
They had a fair few Botbots on the pegs (including several more packs that had the capsules raided - this was the same store that had several packs raided a few months back)... plus, they had "new" some Rescue Bots big Bumblebees (with two minicons) from 2018, priced at just $29 (the original price was about $50-60).

Toyworld at Macgregor - nothing new, but they managed to get in a lot of older stock to sell cheap (RID Legions wave 2, 3 4, and Rescue Bots single pack Flip Racers which Kmart recently restocked for cheap, so Hasbro must have a lot of excess unsold stock)

I think there was a bit of a pricing error here... Smashdown may be hard to find, but I don't think Toyworld would know that to scalper them. :p

Wow, some cool 'vintage' toys there: I spy Cybertron, Beast Machines, even Machine Wars.Even loose G1 and Beast Wars. Just might be worth a trip up
If I was local I would drop in more. He does have a Ebay page so you can do recon remotely.

Dymocks in queens st mall has 5 copies of transformers a visual history for $70 each.
FYI, that book is at Amazon AU for $51
Dymock also had 5 x $125 dollar versions of the Transformers visual history on a shelf near the registers. From what i could tell ,m the only difference was shrink wrap and a fancy box for the book.
There’s also 5-6 exclusive prints included, a mix from all different eras.
The Cyberverse Deluxes are at Sunnybank Kmart, 2x Optimus and 1x Shockwave left, $29.
2016 Chevy Camaro Bumblebee R/C ($39) at Kmart The Pines.

From the last week or so...
(been busy with some things recently, so haven't been able to post these yet)
FEB 4th - Kmart Sunnybank - Had some of the new Cyberverse Deluxe toys, but nothing else new, other than another clearance tag... this time for the larger Cyberverse Spark Armor toys for $35 now.

http://toycollectors.com.au/2020km07.jpg
http://toycollectors.com.au/2020km08.jpg
FEB 4th - Coles Sunnybank - a new issue of the UK Rescue Bots Magazine with a new bonus toy (Wedge) on the front. These would have been a nice set of figures to collect, but I wasn't keen on spending about $10 for each issue and maybe risk not getting the full set if any issues didn't come here.
http://toycollectors.com.au/2020c01.jpg
FEB 8th - Coles Sunnybank Hills - also had the new issue of the Rescue Bots Magazine, which noted that Chase would be the bonus toy next month. Also, in the party section, they had the red Bumblebee masks that I saw at a Kmart about 3 years ago... claiming to be officially licensed, but the more shocking thing is that they were charging $3 for something that must have cost about 10 cents to make.
http://toycollectors.com.au/2020c02.jpg
http://toycollectors.com.au/2020c03.jpg
FEB 8th - Kmart Sunybank Hills - Had a lone Cyberverse Deluxe Bumblebee left (most kmarts seem to be getting just one case, and either not restocking, or taking a long time to get new stock in). In the licensed cars aisle, I found a "new" Remote Control Bumblebee car for $39. It is licensed by Jada, and they must have been sitting on this stock for almost 3 years... which might be why it is pretty cheap for its size (about Leader Class size).
Nothing else to note, other than another store that had Botbots stolen from their packaging... including one that they broke and just left there.

FEB 12th - Kmart Logan Hyperdome - had some of the new Cyberverse Deluxe toys (I still haven't found a store with all four at once, but did end up seeing all four characters across several Kmarts). Nothing else new to note.

FEB 12th - Toymate Hyperdome - Still have heaps of the discounted TF5 Movie Deluxes and Optimus Voice Changer Helmets near the front of the store, and a mountain of the Siege Deluxes in the main section. They also still have a heap of the Siege Micromasters that haven't appeared to have shown up anywhere else, so maybe this store ended up ordering so many when they opened, that they ended up with all of Hasbro Australia's stock of this wave.

Is that remote control Bumblebee worth it?
Ipswich pennywise had a masterpiece barricade and vw bumblebee for $79 each. I?m just a little bit tempted.

? when the heck am I gonna see the Earthrise ?
NO sighting for Cyberverse Wave 2 and Earthrise at Toyworld Burleigh and Southport.
I can’t hunt like I used to......
Too many injuries.
Mackay seems to be a Toyworld. Not a Mr Toys Toyworld. Sister companies but different supply chains. Toyworld is mostly down south. I hit this last year with Siege Op.
Good news. Mr Toys price matches Toyworld. So if they are quick like they were with Omega you should be able to grab that $75 Op.
Oh and I checked Carindale Mr Toys and Myer today. Nothing yet.
That is unfortunately true... Toyworld and Mr Toys Toyworld are essentially two different entities with different supply chains, so something new or different appearing at one, may not show up at the other if limited stock arrived into the country or it is old stock being discounted to one retailer that wanted it. It can also mean arrival times being completely different for new product lines.
Just like Sydney, Brisbane doesn't really have any "Toyworld" stores that aren't Mr Toys Toyworlds, so if something gets sighted in Melbourne Toyworlds (which is where their main warehouse is located), Sydney and Brisbane can end up missing out, or have to wait for another retailer to get them in.
Same toyworld in Mackay QLD that had the Earthrise figures last week now have the full Deluxe wave in stock.
They just phoned me and put me aside one of each. Still 22 figures there.
Kmart Sunnybank restocked the Cyberverse deluxe wave 1 with 2 of each.
Any sign of the last Studio Series releases coming to Oz? Devastator needs a head :)
Went to my local Toyworld in Townsville and they had All of earthrise except for the deluxes Can't rember the prices except the micromaster were $14.99. They had Cyberverse Energon Armor Optimus Prime and Shockwave $70. One step changers Bludgeon and Whirl $24.99 Deluxe Fusion mace Megatron and Stealth force Hot Rod 29.99. Energon Armour Bumblebee, Hot Rod, Clobber for $39.99.
Robina Kmart had a restock of Cyberverse Wave 1. Strangely seemed to be 7 Megatron and 2 Shockwave, with no other characters. So either a strange assortment or people really hate Megatron and the other toys sold out.
No sighting in Toymate of Earthrise or new Cyberverse.
Kmart Garden City have also restocked their Cyberverse Deluxe with two of each of wave 1 there yesterday.
Kmart Garden city, has a bunch of voyagers SS Long Haul, KSI Boss. Also SS deluxes, the Arcee bike triplets.
Pacific Fair
Big W - Siege: 1x Cog, 1x Crosshairs
Target - Siege: 1x Sideswipe, 2x Crosshairs, 2x Spinister
Myer - Siege: wave 2 and 3 deluxes, Starscream, Soundwave, Shockwave
Kmart has the new wave of Studio Series deluxes: 2x Bumblebees, 1x Arcee trio, 1x WWII Hot Rod, 1x Soundwave ($29 each)
https://imgur.com/0WU5rYn.jpg
Myer at Garden City had Earthrise figures in stock, just 1 of each, see below. I'd say they will have more soon.
1x Optimus (taken)
1x Grapple (taken)
1x Wheeljack (taken)
1x Hoist (taken)
1x Cliff Jumper (taken)
1x Ironworks
1x Astrotrain
? 28th surgery on my feet tomorrow. I’m seriously missing the thrill of the chase.
Hope your foot is better soon. You?re not missing much but empty hunts at the moment though ;)
Following surprise of Mayer having Earthrise I visited Myer Pacific Fair and Robina, with both stores confirming they have had no stock in the last week. But it is online, as ?assorted? so no choice in the figure. It might mean it will turn up on a few weeks though.
just got a call from a Very helpful Myer employee that it?s just come in to Robina dock, and he was kind enough to fish Optimus out for me. They also have Voyager siZe and deluxe but may not put it out until later. It really was delightful to have helpful retail staff who go the extra mile. Not a dig at underpaid overworked retail staff, but just impressed by his kindness
I suspect I missed the Mt Gravatt ones by hours (was there yesterday morning). There was nothing in Carindale today.
At least the online ones are no longer "limited stock".
Really it is the Leaders that I am most worried about. They were off and on last year.
