Compared to a leader toy from ROTF, Animated Magnus is a piece of cake.
I'm kind of glad that Hasbro are making the Dark of the Moon toys less complicated. There are a LOT of Transformers around nowadays where I just can't see a kid having the patience to actually transform them.
dude has a point, TFs are waaay too complicated, I love that, but it's horrible for kids.
Personally, I'd say it's all dependant on the age of the child your buying it for and whether or not patience is being taught as a virtue. ;)
They do include difficulty level ratings for a reason. :)

Level 3 Advanced Conversion

As I don't own the figure, would you say that the 'Level 3 Advanced" statement is accurately indicative of the conversion DD? - In Your Words?
I ask because I know that some Classicsverse figures I've felt have been rated much higher than what I would've thought. :)
hehehe weird rating actually, coz I just opened my ROTF Prime and freakin took me ages coz I couldnt figure out the instruction sheet.... and they write there - for ages 5+ I dont think a kid will have enough attention span these days to keep at it, theyd prolly just find an adult and hand it to em to fiddle transform it for them. Im all for TF's getting complex but hopefully not so much as to detract a kid from enjoying playing with it....
So phoenix83 will you be adding more animated to open up?
