Wasn't there another company that made something similar but in limited quantities?
It's great to have these independents churning out molds of our favorite characters but the pace they're being thrown out on the market makes it hard to keep up with :p
All I'm asking is that it be small enough to sit on top of MP Grimlock.
I do remember a Superalloy release which was a diecast upscaled copy of a plastic wheelie that might have been made by xtransbots (it sounds familiar anyway).
Yeah X-Transbot did have a previous Wheelie - they must really like their Wheelies.
This one does have a nicer Headmasters Anime finish. Wonder if it scales well with Fansproject's Function-X line? If so, would look great as not-Weirdwolf, not-Mindwipe and not-Skullcruncher's hostage!
X-Transbots official site says he'll be 4.64 inches tall. About half an inch shorter than the previous Wheelie effort, X2 Survivor.
While looking at pics I found this. Looks like a giant G1 Grimlock. Its not MP Grimlock its something I have never seen before.

Hmmm I have that wheelie, but it didn't come with the slingshot weapon
