Favourite size class?
(this is referring to the current terms Hasbro uses for size classes. For older terms, see this. Also, I count Scouts and Activators as different because the latter is centered around a specialised gimmick)
I think mine would have to be the Deluxe class. They're complex and poseble, yet aren't stuffed with gimmicks.

Deluxe for me as well. They take up less space on my display. Even though I like the legend class only for the universe ones like brawn, and beachcomber, I actually wish they were scout class. Its disappointing that universe dosn't have a scout class as they seem to go alright for the movie toys. I hope someone at hasbro says hey lets do some universe scouts and with new molds and not repaints of cybertron. Grrr.

Every class has its place. Some characters deserve bigger molds to do them proper justice.
-
Deluxe seems just right to me.
-
Voyager. A little bit extra for a lot more gratification.
-
Voyager! cost a lil bit more than a deluxe - but no electronics, and good transformations typically = GREAT
-
Fort Max size. If only I had hundreds of Tfs that big!
-
Deluxes as they are more value for money as quality has a tendency to degrade in larger toys while the price increases considerably. However as of late, smaller toys such as Scouts and even legends have increased in overall quality considerably.

Deluxe. They are the heart and soul of any Transformers line. The wonderful thing about BW was that they tried to cram as much into a figure as possible. Even basic figures were given accessories but had limitations. Deluxe being just that tad bigger allowed for so much more fun, and no spring loaded shell-formers.

deluxe for most characters...overall deluxe is better imo...but some characters need voyagers to do them justice.
