Soundwave is a bit off for me
Bulkheads alt mode was a nice surprise

Soundwave Bio: A stealth drone and the Decepticons' spy master, Soundwave has no face and doesn't say much. He just quietly finds information to use against the Autobots. He can tap into any transmission anywhere, except at the Autobots' secret base. Soundwave's far-reaching tentacles can snap through concrete, but his main tools are the tiny Deployers in his chest

I'm going to predict that a lot of the fandom probably won't like the Soundwave design but I have to say, I absolutely love it and that Bulkhead looks awesome. :D
Now I just hope we end up getting toys based of this. :)

I'm thrilled that this is so similar to Animated, and that Bulkhead is back in a relatively similar form.

Soundwave and Starscream have me intrigued...They look like robotic Shinigami's from Death Note. :D

Loving the detailed pic of Soundwave's alt mode. :D
Should be interesting to see how these CG robot modes translate into toys, they did amazingly well with the animated designs, wonder if they can back it up for this series.

My initial reaction to seeing the new rendition of my favourite character, Soundwave:
1. Don't like the design of either mode
2. This one description: "A stealth drone" Is the cause of my rage because there is no way you can have a major cast member as a drone!

...but, like Transformers: Animated, I'll let the writing/story and dialogue dictate whether I'll like this show or not - I think it would be quite unfair of me to pre-judge a show based on it's... interpretation of a character.
Besides, the other designs I'm not really bothered by, I actually like them, though Starscream's Hunchback is a little iffy.

Why couldn't they just stick with the designs from WFC???!!
Oh well, I have all the seasons of Animated to re-watch while this garbage is on. I doubt that we'll be seeing any of the toys either which is a good thing.

I believe when they say stealth drone they mean his alt mode i.e. he transforms into something like a U.A.V or U.A.S
This actually make sense for Soundwave considering his role as an intelligence gatherer.
