looks awesome anyone know when this baby is coming out?

Damn I have to admit just going by the pics we have that the generations wheeljack is looking better than united. Hmm... now I need to get a pair of these as well. Anyone know where I can pre-order this?

It was supposed to be released this month in the US, but now it looks like it won't be out till March.

BBTS have a pre-order listing - I'm still waiting for RK to list it though as they're usually cheaper.

Yeah go ahead and email them - I already have and still haven't got a reply yet :p

So glad this falls under Generations and not RTS. As it is we get a nice clear Autobot logo, no cheap rub symbol ala RTS Tracks. :)

Good to see a nice looking Hasbro Wheeljack and not 'Downshift'

Now the Energon version can be retired from the classics collection :p

Looks great! But what's up with the ridiculous looking front lip in alt mode..looks like a cheap rice car.

I only just noticed...The 'wings' are actually different to those on Tracks. This just gets better and better! :D

After seeing the mold differences on Wheeljack & Grapple/el, I'm thinking Skullgrin really got the short end of the stick. :/

G1 wheeljack's car mode had that extra "lip" as well so in keeping with the look( albeit modern interpretation) that should be how wheeljack's car mode should look. Im guessing that's race hehehe:D otherwise he needs a pick trailer to carry all them grain sacks;):p:D for delivery

i think that extra spoiler on te front is so he can stand properly when he is in robot mode. i might be wrong, they act as toes???? he does look crap with it but he won't be in alt mode when he's on display in my case!! :)

I love the look of Wheeljack. This is the figure I have wanted since Classics started. First Jazz and now Wheeljack. Lets seem them do justice for Trailbreaker/cutter

he does look awesome! but i hope repolabels help him out and give him more sponsor's so he looks more like a rece car

I won't hold my breath... already got 2 United ones ordered so ill just pick up a generations version, probably get one locally when/if it hits or get one online.

Although if you are going to ship a case of 8 of the warpath/thundercracker/wheeljack wave from BBTS I wouldn't mind going in on it...

G1 Wheeljack's vehicle mode had the forward spoiler, and formed his toes inrobot mode. The forward spoiler feet is one of the more distinctive elements of G1 Wheeljack's design, which is probably why both Energon and (IIRC) Cybertron Downshift's feet had similar detailing (even though they weren't formed from the forward spoiler.)
