I remember in the 1980/1990's that Kmart used to sell an Inspector Gadget doll that was about 30-40cms high?

Totally cool, I was only ever lucky enough to get the MAD Car but I still have it at my parents place. I should check it out next time I'm at home to see if it still all works. we could combine our mad car collections to make a fleet!
I had an older version of his car but I sold it for alot of $$$ last year. Same mould as your one
That old 30cm Gadget was so so cool. I had a friend who had one.
One of my mates had the MAD car, man I thought it was so cool and the way it changed into jet mode was awesome.
Never seen the Gadgetmobile in the fles though.

Looking at more pics of your car. It is different to the one I had. The transformation was simple. The front was about the same but you just took the back off and flip it around. The colours were also different.

I remember the Penny and Brain in the boot thing.
I also had the Inspector Gadget toy with the cloth coat, and all the gadgets.
That thing was awesome.
Argh! - TJ that is the exact Mad-Mobile I too had as a kid (sans the face-missiles :o) and I absolutely loved it... I honestly cannot recollect however what happened to it which makes me a lil' sadder now. :(
Those vehicles are awesome, I always wanted one when I was kid.
Where did you get that car. It is so cool. Do you know where you can buy one of those cars.:)
I got those Mad mobile and Inspector Gadget cars brand new in the box in the early/mid 80's.I haven't looked for where to buy any of these recently.Both cars are made of plastic and diecast by Bandai.From memory they had a box and molded foam tray like the large Inspector Gadget doll,which i no longer have for mine.Quote:
