Free Comic Book Day - Saturday May 7th

Just a reminder to all comic readers that this Saturday (7th May) is Free Comic Book Day.

Are any Sydney stores doing this?

If the stores that did it previously are doing it again this year, they would be:

- King's Comics (Town Hall)
- Kinokuniya (Town Hall)
- Phantom Zone (Parramatta and Chatswood - I know the Parramatta store is definitely doing this)

I believe the Parramatta one will be doing it, I just went today and they've got a poster of what will be available on the day in their door.

The Comic Shop* in Liverpool also does this they also incorporate in the stores annual sale on the same day

*25% off CGC graded comics
*25% off action figures
*25% off TPBs and books
*25% off statues and mini-busts

Quality Comics has a 10% sale on apparently I have been told in Perth which I will be attending :D

You plug Quality Comics and Ill plug Cosmic Comics in Rockingham. I know they have a few things on but I cant remember. Last year they were packed out and this year should be the same again.

I'd shamelessly plug my own store but I don't think there's any other Bendigo region fans on this board. :p

We also have the Pre-Release for the new Magic TCG set on the same day so It'll be hectic.

Too far for me. At least Comsic Comics is just down the road from me (<5mins) plus they are cheap and I get 10% off anyway :D

yeah it is not far from the station at all. it is located near the liverpool library (and police station) on george st. a short walk.
