Spotted the Transformers Prime complete Series 1 Bluray at JB Hifi today for $60

There are no benefits for me personally in favour of a bluray. Dvds are cheaper and they wont be dead like VHS for probably at least another decade. $60 is just out of my price range for Prime bluray. Will wait for a cheaper dvd version.Quote:

Watched some of it today and it looks fantastic on Blu Ray. The level of detail is amazing. Even has some good extras and commentaries on all episodes.
ive got a new jb opening up here in the next few days soooooo i might take advantage of the opening specials and pick me up a copy :):)

Picked up my copy of the Transformers: Prime Season 1 Boxset on Blu-Ray yesterday evening, as well as the Complete Series of Earthworm Jim on DVD!!! :D:D:D
The quality & definition of TF: Prime is absolutely gorgeous and allows me to free up approximately 17.6Gbs on my external HDD. :p
I'm also really really overjoyed to have all of Earthworm Jim on DVD, as previously all I had to rely on was 2.37Gbs of poorly recorded VHS rips. :eek:

Dammit I totally missed out on the sale yesterday! Read it as sale on from Wed - dunno what was going on from my mind that day! Went back JB Hi Fi to check today and it was back to normal price. :( Looks like I have to wait again for another sale.
They've had 20% off DVD and BluRay about 5 times in the past 6 months. You shouldn't have to wait too long.Quote:
