Anybody else have trouble with Ravage's hips not springing out all the way? I need to pull his hips out to lengthen his body. I might just have a dud though, so want to check with everybody else first, before I go returning them or not.
Yea Ravage doesn't transform all the way. Even have to fold his hind legs out to stand him. Cool gimmick, but not executed perfectly with Ravage. But considering they all have the same alt mode, still cool how they managed to get 3 different robot modes, 4 if you include Ratbat :p

i finally got armoured topspin yesterday from our newly opened myers(so overrated)
Kinda an accidental purchase for me and one spread-out over the last couple of weeks. It all started with acquiring the box from 1AZRAEL1 - just cause I love the box art, and then 'accidentally' stumbling across the toy at the last Parra Fair. As it didn't come with any accessories, I of course had to track them down... being the completist that I am :D. All I need now is the instructions (*wink* 1AZRAEL1 :p).
Funny thing is, this is a toy that I always wanted so it's a bit of an unsung grail item for me. It was also in virtually mint condition which made it hard to pass up.

No pics as yet, but over the weekend I picked up TFPRiDE Dark EnergonSlicerWheeljack for about 3500 yen (not too bad a price all things considered), and a loose complete (well, sans instructions etc, but the toy is complete) Magmatron for ~950 yen. I couldn't pass up a complete, good condition Magmatron for ~$11 AU.
And another Misato Katsuragi figurine/statuette.

5FDP: so is that an original Sludge with a reissue box or a reissue Sludge with a reissue box? IIRC the reissue Dinobots have no copyright stampage (it's just a blank square instead)
Gold box stuff is awesome. I guess they are technically reissues but they are still vintage. Nice find!

I hear ya! Back in 1991 when I was in year 10, we went on a school excursion to the city and I broke away from the main group during lunch to go Transformer shopping. I managed to get a Classic Astrotrain with money I had from selling stuff at school (nothing illegal, just Star Wars toys and Doctor Who books which I had already read :p). Because I was 16 at the time and my parents thought I should have outgrown toys when I turned 10, I had to sneak it inside the house. There was no way I was going to pass up the opportunity to buy it, regardless of what anyone thought.Quote:

Not very exciting. $10 off my 12 year-old. Always sorta wanted this, more for the character though cause this is not a great toy.
