Where do you live? (2013 Ozformers Census)

I just had an idea... I wonder what our (active) member distribution looks like, now, and over time (if this is done as an annual thing).

So, for the next two weeks (this is an expiring poll), vote on where you live (by state, or by global region).
(please vote honestly if you intend to participate)

And if I get the time, I'll try to go through the full member listing on the database (which you can see on the member listing page), to compare to the results of this poll (of the people active enough to see this poll and want to vote in it).

While the power is out in my part of Brisbane, and is too dark to do much else, I plugged in my mobile broadband and used up the battery power on my computer to do up some stats... to compare to the poll above (of the keener members who vote) when it ends.

I only noted the members that are Rank 2 and higher, and had been logged in, in the last 4 months (since the end of September).

While I was at it, I had a look at the total (active & inactive) Rankings numbers/proportions...

I go through those every 6 or 12 months, to adjust any users that are too active or too inactive for their current level.

Voted. If the poll went into more detail, I wouldn't mind saying what area I live in (I can TOTALLY understand others not wanting to so as to ensure privacy).

Considering I live in the middle of nowhere in a farming area with about 15 other people in the whole place, if there is another Ozformers member that lives in Murrawee, please feel free to contact me :) (There is no way in the pit that there is, unless the 70 year old grain grower down the road is much cooler than I give him credit for ;))

Just a thought, but you know how there's a Sightings/Sales section at the top, there could be another one but for highlighted topics.

I'm usually busy, so I tend to come on and have a quick look at Global News, Australian News, Reviews, Unauthorised TFs, All Other Toys and maybe a few others when I skim down and see a thread title that's interesting.

But having a little section that highlights topics especially the community-focused ones means people will be more inclined to participate and not miss it due to time/work/RL/tiredness/etc
