Don't think its worth $125, but if this was a Pearl Jam Soundwave which is my wife's and I's favorite band, then I'd be all over it.
So I get the need to have it if LP means that much to you!
Looks like this item isn't as limited as it was first claimed it was going to be.
And here I was thinking it would be difficult to get one of these.
It looked a little plain in the photos from botcon. It would be nice if it was a bit of a shinier gold colour.

Ordered mine, as I have been a LP fan long before they recorded songs for TF's.

I thought this was interesting: TFW put up some handy links and pictures so you can see the initial Shiny LP Soundwave from SDCC transform into the final product: old cheese Soundwave at Botcon.

LP has been my favourite band since "One Step Closer" (their first single as LP). G1 Soundwave is one of my favorite all time characters so I really wanted this Soundwave to work out, but it looks like garbage. Plus the plastic reminds me of GPS Predator cannon plastic.

This thing is like looking at Kristen Stewart: everything's basically in the right place, but there's something very off and unsettling about it, and what has all the proper ticks to be attractive ends up just being a bit of a disaster in actuality.
