It was made by frenzyrumble, but let's just say I never plan on getting anything done by him again. Was my first and last time I have had anything custom done

Overall bad I would say yes, very good communication at the start. Once money had been paid (wasn't cheap) communication became non existent, even after I requested that I be updated regularly, and a photo or 2 of progress to which he agreed to.
