Fat kid... Cup cake...
His face/head reminds me of dinobot for some reason.
Curious, definitely curious...
All I want from this is for it NOT to have MMC's penchant parallel lines = surface detail aesthetic, if they can do at least that and make this figure substantive in stature without being big for the sake of being so, they'll have a sale from me.
Will I have to sell my car to buy this...?
Prototype pic posted by TFW member 1987olds442. Might be the angle of the pic but he needs to be a bit beefier.
Also side and back pics one page back in link below:

Agreed, that build does not look like it can rip Ultra Magnus apart. I think MMC has a tendency to give away the beefiness in exchange for articulation. Hexatron and the Feralcons all have larger lower legs and forearms, but the joints from upper to lower limbs are always tiny points.
Damn my wallet is gonna be hurting
i hope they (or another 3P) make the Godmasters to go with it.
Additional prototype pics via TFormers.
Alt modes heavily draws from IDW's designs. Tank looks spot on; whilst the jet looks to have deviated a bit - probably to give the robot mode beefier arms. Still works well to give the jet a powerful fuselage.
Robot mode has opening chestplates for not-Godmasters :D
Can't wait for the colours to go on, will be getting this one for sure.:D
Group Sydney order by the sounds of it
I'd buy that. Is it out yet?
Looking good!

Woo pretty, also I think I see Tarn behind him.
A release in the near future would be timely given events in the current MTMTE comic.
They must've made a name change to Canifex. Either way, i am wanting to get this for sure, he stands just slightly taller than MP Magnus
Can see online shops in China putting up their PO for this, China RRP is around 230 AUD with a sep 2016 ETA
Not that far away
Up for pre-order on PC:
http://www.premiumcollectables.com.a...-r-17-carnifex
$199.95 and says ETA in Aug16 but USA stores are listing SEP16. USD185 seems to be the going rate for this in places like BBTS.
$200.00 is pretty damn good value for something like that.
It's too damn tempting....:(
I've got him preordered with BBTS but I'm hoping we got more of a reveal if we are going to see an Overlord toy as part of the Titans Return line like a shadow pic hinted at at the last Botcon. If so I'll cancel my order of this guy.
Is the base mode for Carnifex still there? I heard it has been removed and want to make sure.
A reviewer I watched said that there was a base mode, but MMC were keeping it under wraps. Pretty odd to have not seen it by now though.
I'm sure Hasbro will make a more toy like Overlord with some kind of gimmick partners, the main reason to get this guy is pure LSOTW and MTMTE love, and the fact that every prior MMC Reformatted release since Spartan has been gold!
Yeah, seems weird to have dropped the base. Thanks. :)
I ordered mine from PC. The price is too good to pass up.
Fourthed for a Premium Collectables order - he's my first with them! The price is super awesome compared to OS.
I just clicked over there, and it had this "zip pay" business. I've never heard of it.
Anyone used that credit system?
can you use it on any site, or just specific ones?
And what would you say are the pros and cons of using it?
Saving my $$ for fort max when it hits WA. But that zip pay makes a toy like this awfully appealing.
Also, at Premium Collectable I notice the price is pretty good, but most stuff is sold out / preorder. Does he stock stuff at all?
And what is the shipping costs like.
Say for example I buy one of those new toys at $40, what would it cost for shipping (like the weirdwold headmaster guy for example)
Does shipping blow out the cost of the toy and and does he do combined shipping or just individual package?
Shipping is free for order $100 and above, below that shipping to WA is typically ~$11.
Most TFs stuff i've been interested in (Victorion, Sky Lynx, etc) have been sold out pretty quickly. Made my decision to get Carnifex super quick. Their Hasbro stuff goes like wildfire.
They should be able to maintain MMC stuff longer, as they are the actual distributors for all MMC products in Australia, while they probably only get limited size bulk orders for Hasbro, plus also more customers.
Still I wouldn't wait too long if you know you want something, I've done that before. I've never seen anywhere cheaper than PC for imports since the dollar went down.
I bit the bullet and pre-ordered last night. Even if a Hasbro version comes out, I will probably have a 'generations' version and an 'IDW comics' version in the end. :D:o
