Hi guys,
I just wanted to share my bad experience with Anime-Export.
Last year I paid for the pre-orders of MP-26, MP-27 and MP-28
Once MP-28 was released I requested the shipping for all 3 to be sent.
Total cost to me including shipping is $235.00 Au
Paid the money and got notification that they had been shipped.
To this day they never arrived, even though the package was Registered and Insured.
After chasing Anime for a reason, they opened an enquiry with Japan Post.
I then received notification from Australia Post confirming this enquiry.
That was 13 weeks ago.
Now Anime doesn't return any emails to me regarding the enquiry.
They haven't even offered any reimbursement for this issue.
I can't tell if they actually posted the item or just said they did.
I have a tracking number
I'm lost as to what do next...other than to vent to social media for a response or just to let others know.

Edit: I decided to let Anime-Export know via an email of this post, including a link to this forum - subsequently they then found a notification in their own emails that the item/s was indeed lost by Japan Post and that a refund was issued to them. Anime-Export then proceeded to resend the items to me via EMS - which arrived today.
So I'm very pleased that a positive outcome was achieved it was just unfortunate that I had to escalate it to initiate further action.
It is to note that all other transactions I've had with Anime-Export (5 in total) have been flawless...
What info does tracking # provide?
If you wondering jp post is taking forever . It's been three months for a case of mine so you are not alone. Ae won't be doing anything much unfortunately
