Apparently it was rumoured to be a re-mould of Ultra Magnus.
More interested in Blaster... At Leader Class size he should fit in with other MPs, while probably to big for Generations (unless you're going for G1 TOY accuracy, but still)

The only one missing is Starscream (from wave 4), but the screen might have only been able to show 7 items at a time.
PM Optimus had surfaced as a rumour back in July, but this is the first official proof of it.
