they're not bad prices, now all I need is for Myer Macquarie to stock more than a couple tired looking Platinum sets.
Wow... advance warning and it goes for a month. Heaps of time for stores to get a restock (at least, I hope my nearest store does).
are they selling at a loss? I was told by the myers clerk that they paid 35 bucks for the voyagers and were unable to price match for me.
Sounds like an excuse to avoid honoring your price match request to me, if they were selling them at a loss I highly doubt this sale would last a week let alone a month, Myer aren't in the habit of selling things for cost or below :rolleyes:Quote:

I actually went down to my nearest store to get a catalogue to photograph, but now it is finally on the website (which I've added to the first post)... so now I can start advertising it (without worrying about the details being wrong, as I've had issues in the past with Myer sales).

I also managed to get ToysRUs to pricematch their Legends to the Myer Catalogue... which at least got me something today, as the Myer store was still almost completely empty of Transformers toys.
Good decision. I honestly wouldn't trust the details provided by that guy with the original post.
I got mailed a card that says you can receive an additional 10% off if you present your Myer one card in store or use the online code TOYS10. Conditions are: Excludes lego, clearance, nursery, appcessories and hot price items. Expires 29th March.

How are you seeing $73.15? When I try the TOYS10 code it overrides the 50% off clearance. The code mentions it doesn't work on clearance items so what am I missing as $83.60 is the lowest I can get.Quote:

Yes it has gone up. I noticed it a couple of days ago, up from around $140 to around $160.
Adusting price, upwards in this case, during a toy sale is poor form. Bravo Myer, bravo.
In-store, the poster mentions 20% off Transfomers toys whereas the catalogue has different saving. It's confusing (when it shouldn't ought to be).
