Yeah, a pretty poor comic character. It's got no "Sideswipe" feel at all. The fan art linked to in to the comments is much better.Quote:

Luckily its a UK only comic story (so we may possibly get an IDW reprint of the new UK Animated comics, a-la Saga of the Allspark).
I'm not exactly over-enthused on the design either, it doesn't have any real links to Sideswipe, and is even pushing the Animated designs a little too far.

It looks like he's going to transform into a motorcycle.
Hmm, the windshield on his chest in the first image makes him look more car-like to me... well an Autobot Pretender type of car mode anyway
I think that very much looks like a motorcycle faring/windscreen. What's leading me on is that kibble thing in both drawings and only two wheels being visible.
That doesn't even look like it fits-in with Animated... *shakes head*
