The final production of the sword will have a darker clear red colour, just like the one from CR Black Convoy/RID Scourge.

i think id be down for one (all depends on the dollar...)

It looks good but I will skip this one as I don't have Nemesis and have no real plan to get it.

I would be more interested in a Powered Convoy repaint.

BTW: Has City Commander been shipped yet?

I'm quite adverse to repaints of this sort. Definitely a NO on my list.

Looks nice. Very Tempting, especially with that cool looking sword. I could see my self with this....only after I get my hands on a Nemesis Prime first

Ah yes, so true :D. good thing I have a nemesis prime. just need to mebbe paint the face to make it "meaner" looking and more distinct from UM armor even more.

will there be changes to the face mould to make it look more evil???

Yup. that would do me. And it can be combined with Classics/Henkei Prime in terms of colour scheme.

Im not so sure about this set, but I would definitely love to give that sword to my Car Robots Black Convoy :)

I officially have no idea what you guys are referring to when you say Diaclone colours. Is this some sort of store exclusive? Or is it a Japan only franchise?

Anyway, I think City Commander looks great, but this Shadow Commander takes the mould to a new level of bad a$$

Before Transformers, the "Ultra Magnus" toy was originally a "Powered Convoy" toy from Takara's earlier Diaclone toy line, in a much different colour:
