Pics of Override in her box have been leaked, and now we know the toyline's called Velocitron Speedia 500 Collection. But it hasn't stopped there as we get our first looks at Road Hauler. I'm hoping an announcement on the toyline is made soon.

I think we can call both reveals official now
The box shapes are very Gen1 retro, while the colouring makes me think of the Actionmasters packaging.
I really like them, but probably would have preferred the boxes to be closed - not only to protect the limited release toys, but also to make it look even more retro.
For toys like these that should be getting an official reveal, I usually try to hold off until that happens, because in the past I have seen some really good custom packaging that ended up being faked.
I guess for now I can move these to their own news topic, as most people think the packaging is legit... and if anything proves otherwise, I'll move the posts back into their own topic.
The sad part about this is picturing Cosmos in that packaging :(
So it turns out that the second wave of Velocitron does not include Shadowstriker, but rather Shadowstrip, a G2 re-colour of Drag Strip. Has been found on NZ Kmart shelves along with Crasher.
Pics of Velocitron Voyager Hot Rod have been leaked, showing him to be more of a G1 toy accurate redeco. Feels weird how not long ago the cartoon accurate toy has the more premium one, and now it's the G1 toy accurate one.
I do like the darker red, but not a fan of the paint apps on the legs (I know that they were going for toy accuracy, just not a fan of the execution).
I may be alone here, but I'd happily accept a few less accessories if it meant they could fix the yellow panel on the roof. I'm sure it's due to various parts using the same sprue, and therefore changing just that one piece would take up some budget. I could do without the hand-saw piece as a compromise since that isn't toy accurate anyway. ;)
Given all the G2 nods in the line it would have been cool to see Hot Rod is his magenta G2 colours from the comic
Deluxe price point? Hot Rod will still be priced as a voyager.
I went to two ToysRUs and Takashimaya yesterday in Singapore and all Cosmos gone. Lots of wave 1 cases.

That's a lot of Clampdowns.
And their Velocitron prices seem quite high, considering that the SG$ was fairly close to the AU$, and Singapore used to have cheaper prices.
Although another Velocitron leader toy had been leaked, we had no idea who it was, until now. Galaxy Shuttle, who is a retool of Siege/Earthrise Astrotrain. Kinda wished they waited till an Armada Jetfire toy was made, but hey I guess they wanted to use the mold for something.
I plead guilty, Your Honour. :p

Yeah, that's like AU$41.
According to Hasbro Australia (again), the Velocitron toys are not supposed to be at EBGames at all... but my contact couldn't explain why Scourge was listed on EBGames. It could be why the release date at EBGames was pushed back so much, because they didn't get the stock, and couldn't get a release date... and yet, someone at Hasbro gave them details in the beginning for the pre-order listing, and haven't told them to cancel their orders.
I have asked twice about this item now, and am not getting any answers as to why EB had it listed, and still has it listed as an active pre-order (for those who ordered it).
Official images and listings on US Walmart for the Velocitron wave 2 toys, for release in December in America - LDR Galaxy Shuttle (white Seige Astrotrain), VOY Hot Rod (minor redeco SS86 Hot Rod), DLX Shadowstrip (black redeco TL Dragstrip), DLX Crasher (redeco KD Mirage).
Hasbro Designer comments on Galaxy Shuttle, and a pic of the toy with an Astrotrain head (as the colouring and mould makes him, and me, think more of the black/white Gen1 Astrotrain toy than Galaxy Shuttle).

“Welcome Velocitron Speedia 500’s Leader GALAXY SHUTTLE. Now I know what some of you are going to say, he should be alot larger as he appears on the Transformers animated Victory series. The G1 toy did have a third mode but it wasn’t a sweet choochoo train. Well all aboard the crazy train because when I found this alt head in the mold from Siege Astrotrain I started spinning in my computer chair yellin “Wooooo”!!! Full blown Ric Flair strutting around my room!!
.
One of my favorite things when I was a Master Model Artist for Transformers was when I recieved the first shot of the grey model prototypes shipped in. Most of the time, the extra alt head came in a seperate small baggy unidentified. I used to try and guess what character it was going to become and it soon turned into my favorite lil game!
.
So, I didn’t get to work on this design for Astrotrain, but I have a special love for the bot, especially the G1 white version of the toy, def one of my favs as a wee young lad. As I was searching through the mold I stumbled on these images of Galaxies unused head sculpt and I just couldn’t resist.
.
So, I did screw on Astrotrain’s head just to take a gander, might have to get back on my custom game and do up a special one for the shelf.
.
I unfortunately don’t know who from TT designed this awesome figure either. Sorry! They did a fantastic job though, because this toy rules! Lots of fun! I do wonder if the designer that drew the sculpt for the launch pad realized it could be painted as a duel purpose helicopter pad
Galaxy Shuttle has already been found in the UK... so I wonder if we will get an early release too, like the Deluxe class.
For those wondering what's happening with Velocitron Hot Rod, he's being put on hold. Seeing as I don't know what plans they have for the Velocitron line (if wave 3 will be in Legacy Evolution, or another line will replace it), I imagine either he'll be cancelled, or end up showing up at places like The Reject Shop or Toymate for like $35
I would suspect that the winding up of the Velocitron line was more due to the Movie toys coming out soon, rather than the Velocitron toys being unpopular... as I can see Walmart (the ones who commissioned Velocitron... and the Netflix toys before that) were probably just wanting a space-filler line between movies. And now that there will be a lot of Walmart's money and warehouse/store space committed to Movie toys (and probably some Walmart exclusive ROTB toys), the Generations toys would be taking a back seat, coming a distant third in their focus on the Transformers Brand, behind ROTB and Earthspark.
Perhaps it is just bad timing, and Hasbro and Walmart had expected to have all of wave 2 out before the Movie toys started being shipped out, but global supply chain delays may have just been enough to affect the Voyager and Leader toys.
Hopefully they were both manufactured in full, so that they do end up getting a decent release, and then show up here at some point.
I'm still keen to get a Legacy Galaxy Shuttle. Hopefully they release some more stock of him.
Walmart seemingly restocked Galaxy Shuttle, in case you have connections and wish to secure one
