That's the dodgy pictures we are discussing. I am still amazed at how they managed to mistransform almost all the figures, particularly Powerglide who REALLY needed to look good.
Do fans run the magazine? As I don't think fans would have published photos like that.

Be warned that the scans at that location look to be from the Collector Club magazine (the allegiance symbols next to the page numbers suggests it is), which means that the scans could be taken down at any time, or I may be asked/told to remove the link above.
:eek:It would be nice if they transformed Powerglide correctly, there is no way his arms are meant to be floating in outerspace like that:rolleyes:. Maybe you should just remove the link for safety sake then Griffin:confused:.
At least it's nice to see them coloured. Onslaught gets me all excited.
they looked alright.
i'd say better to remove the link than get in trouble by OTFCC
I would be all for Onslaught (including Alt mode) if they get rid of those damned SWAT decals.
If they happen to place them on top of non painted plastic, the first thing I will do is remove them as I did with the grime/Battle damage on MP Starscream.

At least I finally got to see them in their colours! :D
What the hell are they thinking with Powerglide's colour scheme?? Red head/white body?
I was more excited by these before I saw them in colour!
At least we can trust in Takara to release better non cheapened versions a year after the Hasbro release like they are doing with the original Classics.
I may buy the Hasbro Classics but I'll wait for Takara's offer on Powerglide unless I see an Ultra cheap one.

After seeing those pictures I don't know who I like now, I mean there all pretty good but not what they could be.
I think hasbro releasing unpainted prototype pics is always a dissapointment, we all mentaly project the colours we want to see on them, and then Hasbro does something completely diferent.
In fact the only time I can think of in recent history when Hasbro have shown an unpainted prototype and not been disapointed has been with some of Hasbro's GiJoe 25th Aniversary series. I wonder why hasbro can't apply the same detail to the Transformers lines.

Prowl for example is a toy which is hard to get wrong in the color scheme department. He is a police car, you get that right and it wins. Fortunately Habro managed to accomplish that with Classics 2.0 but cheapened out in figure impacting details such as the unpainted shoulder missiles. All that was needed was just a shade of gray but they didnt bother!!

Cheers! I legally own the magazine, its just in the states so I can't see it.
Nice to see the colours, and the piss poor transformation efforts on some.
I'll definatly be getting Onslaught, Prowl, Octane and Sunstreaker, but Powerglide is a pass.
Woah. My imaginary paint jobs were much better.
I want the smileys on that board!
:)I thought Powerglides paint job was alright, it could have been Craptacular:p:D, I must admit, it is a colour scheme that may have suited Ratchet better than Powerglide:rolleyes:.
What amazes me most is the mis-transformation of Powerglide, he looks terrible with his wings splayed out to the sides, instead of being tucked into robot mode.
Hopefully his arms don't have Deluxe Brawl style "lock in tabs"
doh, i missed them. any idea when the pics will be released?
