According to a NSW based member of Seibertron, the sale might be restricted to a handful of stores, and the sale price is $79, which makes the normal price $99, so Kmart have bumped up prices for the movie.
The NSW stores he listed included Sylvania, Waratah,Nowra and Penrith, Penrith is one of the new 24/7 stores, so I wonder if that has anything to do with it?
Sylvania is the other 24 hour K-Mart in Sydney, while Nowra is street-accessible. Midnight sale, anyway?
Not sure about Waratah - I've never seen that store (don't head to Newcastle much, the Knights aren't worth watching :p )
Blacktown, Mt Druitt and a handful of other stores are also street accessible (Nowra is in a small shopping centre), so if it is a midnight sale, why exclude those stores (unless they are aiming to only do regional-ish type sales?)Quote:

Kmart Burwood Westfields NSW have them for sale now but at the normal RRP (i.e. not at the sale price).
Hasbro reps are making their way around to stores and setting up displays today!! They have so much to do that's why they're starting early.
Kmart knox had all rotf stuff, but no deluxes. Target told me no rotf stuff till 30th. I'm really confused:confused:

A bit to late for me I think, I checked at 7:00 and there's still no sign of an ROTF TF. Though there is a small space cleared in the toy section, but I was excpecting a whole isle like for the previous movie.
There was no sign of anyone planning to set up and TF's yet either, so there is a danger that going at 12 might prove fruitless.
Kmart knox has set up, but I rang Burwood east (24 hour) and they said they aren't putting thier rotf stuff out till thursday arvo. the guy might not be aware of the sale though. Any word on target's official release date for rotf?Quote:

Kmart Campbellfield had the Leaders (OP and Megs) as at 9:45pm and was already scanning at $79. Picked myself up Leader OP. :D

Kmart Parra had heaps of stuff, Leaders (Megatron & OPtimus), Voyager (Optimus, Starscream, Iron Hide, Dimoloshor), Powerbots (Megatron & Bumblebee) and pleanty of other stuff so I just took some pics instead

Yeah had a good look around the store in case it was elsewhere. Checked in the feature aisles and sale aisle to no avail. Was only really there for Leader OP for the cheaper price. Was kinda glad no other figures were there as my impulsive side would have made me buy them at full price.Quote:
