G.I.Joe/M.A.S.K. Matt Trakker

Finally opened him up last night. What an awesome figure! Thanks to Jaydisc for picking him up for me during his trip to America a couple of months ago. Some comparisons with the original M.A.S.K. figure:

I reckon the green "helicopter backpack" is a nice little homage to Brad Turner's Condor green bike.

Now I need to find myself an in-scale red Camaro toy... :p

Human Alliance toys reminded me so much of the M.A.S.K. toys. I'll take some photos of my HABB toy and Thunderhawk toy together later. :p

Jay's not a G.I. Joe fan and he picked one up for me after I asked him. He said he saw many places were selling them when he was still in America a couple of months ago.

Very very jealous i grew up with these guys and now they have new ones... Oh yeah and sky commanders it would be good to see them again with new moulds

Nice. I think you're right, plus Bruce Sato had a helicopter backpack in the M.A.S.K. Forest Adventure Pack, so it may be a bit homagey to that too.

this is really a nice figure u got there! i think even compared with other g.i.joe 25th releases this one is really outstanding... plus really dig that green helicopter backpack and your old thunderhawk cameo~:p

p.s. is there anyone here collecting M.A.S.K. toys? i bought some off ebay couple of weeks ago and i gotta say this is an AWESOME toyline.....

Gi Joe Matt Trakker is still available from Bigbadtoystore, but you'll need to get a bunch of them to make it worthwhile. I was going to include him in my last order but I'm still undecided on wether or not I am a MASK collector.

I have a small MASK collection, although I've given some thought to selling it lately. I really have to many collections already.

I just picked up Gi Joe 25th Matt Trakker from ebay for 9.99US. :D
