My M.A.S.K. toys collection
-
Awesome. Thanks for the fond memories!
(nice photos too!)
-
Awesome MASK were such cool toys
-
wow..they are so new still. did you have them for yearns....
-
if you ever want to sell, give me a buzz, i will take the lot! :D
thanks for sharing.
-
Wow i'm impressed by how well preserved they are! Especially if you're not a MISB/MOSC collector :D
As much as I love MASK I have to say the toys had the durability of a plastic cup.
-
very cool collection!! but what is the Daytonas' alt mode meant to be
-
Thanks a lot u all:)
When I was taking pictures for them and found these toys which were made like 25years ago really amazingly detailed apart from some really intricate and creative conversion gimmicks. That's just awesome
P.S. I would really like to see M.A.S.K. get some new products(maybe as a subline of G.I.Joe) and even further a live action movie treatment:cool:

Hah I'd have to say it's the ebay sellers/collectors who preserved them VERY WELL! Look at those chrome parts. Amazing.

You mean the Pontiac GTO? That's supposed to be an armored tank...though weird looking....:D
-
Awesome pics! Thansk for sharing.
Wow! The overall design styles of the transforming are very much in parallel with Action Masters.
Hasbro's rip off attempt now seems even more shameless.
-
Excellent collection!! I love vintage action figures/toylines... not as much articulation, but damn they had character!!! :)
-
Thanks alot "doublespy"...:)
I now have the theme song going though my mind.

Forgot this shares Second Favorite line after Transformers
( remember, having "Firefly w/Julio Lopez" wish i could of gotten "Rhino" as a kid though ):)
Anyway, They made a Live Action Movie for Transformers and G.I.Joe and with the rumors of a "Robotech" and "Voltron" Movie why not "MASK (Mobile Amoured Strike Kommand)" Movie , as well.;)
edit:found there is a Extended MASK Intro

I'm very impressed with the condition of your collection, and quite jealous of your Bulldog and Razorback - they're two I still don't have.
-
Thank you for your compliment guys~;)
In fact it is the Madman release of M.A.S.K cartoons gets me back into collecting some M.A.S.K toys. I did some research and just collected some vehicles which are from my point of view interesting and intricate enough...
Here are 2 sites I found useful for M.A.S.K. collecting reference
Albert's M.A.S.K page
and
Virtual Toy Chest's
M.A.S.K. Archive

Yup wouldn't that be cool to see coverting vehicles and secret agents wearing masks on big screen? That's a cool action movie theme from my point of view...

That new Cobra 4WD would make a good Jackhammer with a few mods, and a Cliff Dagger figure. Although I don't see it as to likely at the moment seeing as how Hasbro have put everything on ice for the movie, and they still have unreleased GI Joe Resolute toys and obvious 25th anniversary repaints that we haven't seen yet.

This thread should be renamed to M.A.S.K Acquisitions/Collections.

I was wondering, who currently had the rights to M.A.S.K. ... ;)

Hasbro acquired Kenner, does this mean Hasbro now holds the copyright to M.A.S.K.?

I believe it's legit: it's kind of like the bottomless supply of Micromaster Hot Rod, Military and Monster Truck patrols. Last year in Hong Kong an old Kenner warehouse was either 'discovered' or sold off all its stock cheap. That eBay seller is one of the guys who picked up heaps of M.A.S.K. toys and Centurions from the warehouse.
