Hey team, thinking about bidding on this but.....Is this figure legit? Or is it a KO?
It looks really shiny.
Many thanks

I think its legit but maybe one of the more experienced personal on this board may give a definite yes or no.
Might look out for a couple of other stuff that seller has.
Yeah it's legit because the fake ones have 2 of the terrorcons replaced by technobots, I had first bid on it but damm some1 out bid me lol
Looks legit to me.
I don't remember there being KO Abominus' and even if there were, the limbs would have been mixed and matched with other Scramble city type combiners.
Enjoy the spanner in the works:

mu-ha ha ha.
If you look at the KO Sinnertwin's colors have been inverted, so hopefully SB's still OK on this one.
I'm pretty sure that's a legit abominus set. The link to the RK KO doesn't have the chest plate stickers that can be seen in the ebay set. Also, sinnertwin is painted incorrectly.
I've seen a couple of other subgrade quality abominus KO's, they're pretty difficult to distinguish if the seller posts low resolution photos - but an easy way to tell is from the colouration of rippersnapper, cutthroat and sinnertwin; their colours are usually much darker and overly vibrant compared to the originals.
This would've sent up a red flag for me....
Q: Hi there, what are the printed markings on the figures themselves. It should read something like 'Hasbro/Takara 1986 Japan' Each figure should have...more
A: Yes it has those markings on them
Um, ok thanks? Does your lotto ticket have these numbers? Yes? Ok I'll buy it
that answer sounds fair since there was an example quoted in the question. Seller could be saying 'yes, those markings are there' (as per your example).
