Looks like I will be buying some TFs this year...

Has there been any other information regarding Alternity Starscream?
Would be interesting to see what he transforms into.
 Hmm... kinda like a cross between a McLaren F1/Saleen S7/Merc CLK.
I guess the licensing cost would be substantially lower seeing as it's not a mass produced vehicle.
Should be pretty cool nonetheless.
All very interesting news!
At least Cheetor can sub as a spotted Steeljaw for Blaster :D
How they would design Starscream as a car and in his bot mode would be interesting. Although we did think the same for Grimlock as a Ford Mustang and Shockwave as an Mazda RX-8.
I've always thought Seekers as Binaltech/Alternity cars would happen eventually. Who wants to bet that there'll be a blue version of this car too? ;)
I'm not so sure about that car but USB Blaster is great news.
The Seekers as Cars...
I don't know...I mean Convoy, Megatron, Bumblebee and
Cliffjumper all look amazing...but Starscream and Seekers...
I guess I'm a little lost for words...the car itself is pretty
sexy...and the Alternity guys did a great job with Megatron
So I guess I should have a little more faith.
:)
I have a crazy theory that Alternity Starscream's car mode is a homage to Chris Latta's role as Cobra Commander, based on the car's name being derived from a Japanese snake monster.
I just looked at the prices at BBTS. $70US for a usb hub is pretty steep. I given an estimate of around $50AU+shipping when I pre-ordered it at Toywholesaler last year.
The BBTS page mentions the price-hike, possibly some mould or licensing changes is my guess since they'd also account for the delay/cancellation/relisting.

There havent even been any official statements or prototype photos released by takara yet. I'll believe it when i see it.
Good news, though with my strict budget this year, I just hope that I can afford.
There's no reason not to believe BBTS' listings .. and they've also been posted on Digital Toys' website.
My thoughts? Long live Carscream, all you Trukk not Monkeyer's! :D
Whilst i'm slightly disappointed that this pretty much puts the kibosh on any non-car alt modes for Alternity, i'm glad the line i like the most is continuing.
I imagine they will take cues from the typical Seeker style robot, and the car is a nice obscure model, something pretty different to the realistic car modes we've had in the past.
I eagerly await pictures!
Just noticed Robot Kingdom has relisted Blaster too, and at least for the time being, it's listed at $49.90 vs $71.99 at BBTS.
Well i might have to get my first alternity since its Starscream! and i realy want blaster!
I wouldn't have noticed the lips, if you hadn't pointed them out. I wonder what the colours will be like? I'm yet to buy an Alternity, but I do like the look of the car, so you never know.
The car lips remind me of Beast Wars Depth Charge in beast mode.
Buzz light year transformer sounds interesting.
The seekers as cars are very interesting so far
:)I actually don't mind that car even with the kissy lips:D
It will be interesting to see the final product and compare it to the illustration. That hood/chest area looks really small compared to the actual car. I don't really like the head design either but the rest is promising.
Yeah, most of the time this happen on popular lines like masterpiece and animated. I don't know about movie/rotf? :D And we've seen the alternity line making up to three repaint versions, so I don't see TT not doing it.
But for the coneheads, here's hoping they find a new mold for a variety.
I can't help but see Depthcharge in that car.
I wonder if Steve Jobs approved Buzz Lightyear? :D
