Similar to the PotP Deluxe Wreck-Gar we saw on International Woman's Day, a picture of Nemesis Prime was posted up on the Wall (a Russian social media website).

That looks amazing!
Looks good but it seems weird he would have arm cannons, two swords and his rifle yet Grimlock has nothing.
I am personally not a big fan of Nemesis Prime but this does look pretty dam cool, and I am loving having a string of Decepticon leaders on my shelf with the likes of Overlord, Sixshot, Megatron etc. I think Nemesis would look pretty tight next to that lot.
There was something interesting about the head-sculpt that I couldn't put my finger on before. Looking at it now, it looks like the Optimus Prime head has been retooled to look more like a Deception symbol.
This looks pretty sick and I am interested. I didn't get the regular POTP optimus as I'm pretty happy with my MP-10 even though it looked great. I don't have a black MP-10 and this looks like they are making more of an effort than a plain black re-paint.
Who is the inner bot going to be? Nemesis Pax?
Haven't bought the mold yet and I'm also a sucker, so I'll be happy to shell out for this.
yippy another Nemesis for my cabinet!
A leaked image of the back of packaging... heavily censored, once again proving that these are sanctioned reveals from Hasbro China, or else the entire image would be "leaked" without concern for being in trouble for revealing everything at once.
It gives us the short bio, and a look at the new sword/bird drone accessory (the bird transforms into the sword the robot was holding on the Russian image).
Looks interesting- I think I will pick him up - dark matrix of leadership AND a bird sword!
The bird sword is a ref to the Arms Micron that came with Nemesis Prime in TT Prime line
*Excitement intensifies*
New photos are out, will probably hit the news sites soon. I like the bird sword, and he comes with a nice red one as well
Images up on Seibertron of the box, the birdy, and evil Orion Pax

The big silver guns look similar to those of G1 Powermaster Optimus Prime.
Silver guns on the arms looks more similar to Armada Prime imo. Love it though
Pax would seem unfitting since it's Latin for "peace." :)
Perhaps "Nemesis Bellum" as "bellum" is Latin for "war". Bellum is also the name for the Roman demon of war.
If it were up to me, I'd call the smaller inner robot Invictus Bellum - the unconquered demon of war. An antithesis to "Orion Pax" (hunter for peace). Then his upgraded form could be "Nemesis Prime" (meaning "the first divine vengeance").
Do I need him? No. Will I get him? Maybe, oh who am I kidding, YES.
Really not feeling the new "Decepticon symbol" styled head. It almost looks like it would be more at home on a Bayformer.
The POTP Prime head mould is near perfect, would have much preferred a recoloured version of that.
Nemesis Prime is going to be a global exclusive for Amazon. Unfortunately though amazon.com.au doesn't have a listing for him.

aand the wait continues... i hope this doesn't get released quietly and is sold out in seconds. :(

Great news!
Nemesis Prime and Wreck-gar are going to be released as mass retail figures in Japan.
Screw you Amazon!:p

That would be a typo. They are coming out this December.
2019's not that long to wait is it?:p
Nemesis Prime (black redeco of TR Leader Optimus, to be exclusive to Amazon in America), has a release date of July 16th on that site.
I would imagine that we can still browse and buy from the site, provided the items are posted to another country.
At least, that's what I hope, as I use the site for info and official images... and I'd love to have the backup option of being able to buy from there and send to an American friend to post to me.
Well we can browse at least, gave it a bit of a test, looks like physical items are a no go from amazon US

Yeah Amazon made it sound like they were going to straight up block Australians from using Amazon's non Australian sites. However they so far seem to just be refusing to ship to Australian postal addresses leaving us with the option to use a shipping forwarder.
I'll investigate shipping forwarders in the coming days so when Amazon put up Punch and Repugnus for order I can order them without delay.
But looks like we will have Japan as a backup at least.
You can now pre-order the Takara Tomy release of this figure (PP-42 Nemesis Prime) at Toybot Importz:

I'm so annoyed that Amazon AU is (I think) the only Amazon regional store that doesn't have this!!
I think it was a Prime exclusive in US too...
Makes me wonder wtf Hasbro Australia are thinking, given there's also very limited stock of PotP Leader Optimus Prime. They could be selling way more of these.
I dunno what you want Hasbro Aus to do, odds are that Nemisis is an Amazon global exclusive outside Japan, you don't exactly see it anywhere else do you? If that's the case then it's not their fault Amazon Aus is half baked garbage. As for PotP Opt, well he's just popular isn't he, can't fault them for that. He's in two different waves, packed equally to his casemate in both cases, that should be pretty decent availability. Any Rodimus you find, either type, is an OP that got sold and boy have I seen a lot more Rodimus(Prime) on the shelves(when they do have space set aside for a Leader Class anyway) than OPs
Yeah it's not Hasbro Australia's fault. They are showing all these toys Hasbro creates to the Australian retailers at Toy Fair and the retailers are not buying them.
The retailers are of the opinion that if a toy doesn't have a TV show or movie it's not going to sell. So with no CHUG specific TV show the retailers are refusing to buy. Frankly it's surprising the retailers are buying as much as they are given their bone headed ideas.
