i had once ordered a Classics Jetfire from ebay that turned up at my doorstep (though registered but lost) for six months!!
I'm still waiting on my RID Sky-Byte from last year (eBay...)
Hmmm... maybe there is cause for concern, seeing that my replacements just hit Australia:

21-Aug-2010 Hong Kong Processed for departure.
21-Aug-2010 Hong Kong The item left Hong Kong for its destination on 22-Aug-2010
23-Aug-2010 Australia Arrived and is being processed.
23-Aug-2010 Australia Pending customs inspection.
23-Aug-2010 Australia In transit.
However, as per RK and HK Post's policies, I would still wait until at least 2 weeks have passed, otherwise you're just being a pest (IMHO of course).
How much did you guys order? Did you include a Megatron?

After contacting them immediately regarding the missing part, they said they would ship out a replacement part (presumably from another Big Convoy box - so beware if you are considering buying one!).
4 weeks later and still no part, I contacted them again. They had forgotten to mail it out. So now it is in transit.
I am not a satisfied RK customer at all!
I can't believe all these horror stories about RK. I've ordered from them on numerous occasions and have never had any issues *touches wood*
The one thing that I will agree on is that they are very slow to respond to email. Aside from that, anything I order from them usually arrives within a week.

I'm sorry to hear that you guys have had such bad luck with your orders, considering my MP Grimmy arrived in less than a week from purchase.
I reckon they're probably stuck at a customs back-log as obviously they'd have to be checked first before they get marked as "In Customs", it seems to be a common weak point in a lot of International postage transactions
I hope you guys hear something very soon with your orders, maybe give customs a call?
