combiner wars Detritus
Obvious repaint is obvious.
Paint rub isn't too bad, except on the ball-jointed shoulders

I might try some day-time photos later for better contrast.

Really loving your colour choices. Those shades look great, the contrast is really nice. Almost impossibly to keep the ball jointed shoulders from scratching - I would suggest using pieces from Swindle, but that's a whole other figure to sacrifice for the custom.
Fantastic work!

Wow that is awesome!!! I wish I had the talent to custom as well as you guys do
-
It may not work in this instance, but I use a sharpie on ball joints. The swindle part swap sounds ideal.
-
Good job, would've made a great Botcon toy. We can only hope Takara make one down the track.
-
I deally, you could use some parts from Swindle, and some from hound ( ?) be cool if they had slightly different shoulders, which could add to the Junkion parts thing for some nice asymmetry going on, yet still being able to retain the transformation.
-
That head and chest look great. I have never noticed the detail before this repaint so your colour choices are spot on.

Nice job! :D Will you be adding his goatee? ;)
Although for some reason he's always clean shaven on his official card art...

But the toy is goatee'd ;)

Perhaps it was deliberately done to make a 'reverse Wreck-Gar' situation, since G1 Wreck Gar is bearded in canon but beardless on the toy. ;)
