ID Help - Depthcharge?

Hi Guys,

I have a figure (just a small scout class one) from a couple of years ago that looks just like depthcharge but it is all black, i dont have the packet or instructions but would love to know what its name is.... can anyone help, i assume its an easy one for you

thanks guys - that website is awesome, i have a couple that i cant remember the names of. all later models though, my collection is pretty new :-)
