I have been replaying it recently, something I had not done since I was a little kid. Surprisingly the difficulty is high which can at first put someone off (as many 80s games were focused on practice and reaction skills) but once you get into the groove, it is very addictive and just as enjoyable as any new game.
I remember watching this cartoon in the 80's

Thought it was pretty cool ;)
I remember being a kid watching Tawny Kitane in Whitesnakes filmclip for "Here I go Again" and not having a clue about sex but knowing I wanted to do something with her:o
For me 80's action movies were the best. There are no JCVD's anymore... just sparkly vampires :(
I loved Zelda. Played it from beginning to end at least couple of times.
Looking around my room right now, I have Masters of the Universe, Star Blazers, Machine Men, GoBots, Robo Machines, Zoids, My Little Ponies, Sectaurs, Power Lords, Princesses of Power, Godaikins, Battle Beasts, Starriors, G.I Joe, Mazinger, Marshall Bravestarr, M.A.S.K., Micronauts, Microman, Thundercats, Silverhawks, Dino Riders, Centurions, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Doctor Who, Z-Knights, Visionaries, Scitex, Robo Strux, Commandrons, Robotech, Star Wars, Sailor Moon, Special Armored Battalion Dorvack, and I'm not even going to start looking at my CDs.
Nice try dude, but keep your filthy Transformers obsession out of this area of the board. :p
Ha ha ha. Poker on the commodore 64
Loved that movie. Uma Thurman at her hottest. Arooo
Kurt Russell as Snake Plissken. My wife hates them, but I loves them. The Running Man with Arnie. Gold.
I used to love waking up early on Saturday morning, about 6am. And I would just watch cartoons until 12. Glorious. The only day I woke early (that includes Christam folks ;) ). Even Gem, and the one that had the wrestlers in it.
Monkey Magic. Shaped my views of the world.
ahh i love the Running Man one of my Favorite movies of all time,
i just love the one liners in it after the "deaths"
What a pain in the neck. (Sub Zero)
He had to split. (Buzz saw)
What a Hothead (Fireball)
Now that hit the spot. (Killian)
Classic Arnie...
