The promo video that was found on facebook here (a bit blurry, so a proper version should be somewhere as well), makes it look like this series is set in the Cyberverse universe, or just uses the designs of the Cyberverse cartoon characters... which will allow Hasbro to sell the existing Cyberverse toys in China under this packaging label.
And more images of the first toy (Nezha) from a Chinese website that has a Hasbro outlet on it were some were mirrored here, in case they disappear.
The promo video appears to show the human characters morphing into robots, while the first toy comes with a human figurine to go inside the robot version of itself, so maybe they create these robot avatars that they control (like Nebulan Headmasters).
I can't find a release date anywhere, but might be soon if this first toy is being listed (which google-translate suggests it being an early promo/preview toy).
Someone in China has tweeted a photo of that first Nezha toy in packaging, so maybe it really is an advance promo/preview toy that was already being sold on that Chinese website in the post above.
From images that were posted on the Weibo website in China, is the Nezha toy out of packaging and in both modes.

I don't feel like we're really missing anything here.
Another item from the Chinese exclusive Nezha line has surfaced - a construction set that builds the robot mode of Optimus, resembling his form in TFPrime.
A number of sources have just posted up images, so it must have only just been released over there.
It is said to be a store exclusive over there, to Xiaomi. The completed model looks to be about Leader sized, so it is pretty big, and has a lot of parts.
Two more of the build sets have been revealed - Bumblebee and Megatron - and we get to see the size of them next to some people.
The construction set can build both modes, but they don't transform between modes.
