Picked up 83 and 84 today so now I'm a week behind again from Griffin again........oh well
I still havent gone through the list of payments yet but these latest volumes were charged on the 7th January so it doesnt explain why I was double charged of the 16th December and they are the only ones I can see just quickly.

I found volume 6 in a box (no idea where i got it) would anyone want it to complete their set?

Can anyone explain what's up with the customer service number (on the receipts that come with the books)
Tried dialling it today to get a replacement for a book that arrived damaged last week (VOLUME#9 TOY SOLDIERS) wits it's spine partly detached.
I dialled the number during normal business hours but it's not open and just goes to voicemail, have they abandoned it? Is there another number I should dial?
One I have from the receipt is (02) 8378 7931
Thanks guys for any info/suggestions.
I sent an email so hopefully they will read that.

See the first post of this topic, as it was noticed some time ago that the phone number on their paperwork is not the correct number to use.
You also need to be calling during UK business hours (also noted in the first post), because it is a phone number that redirects to their UK office.

I emailed them about changing my mailing address today - got a response confirming it had been done within 40 mins!

Thanks, so they have no australian rep at all now? Last time I contacted them was months ago so it's news to me.

Their customer service email response had a UK address at the bottom for their customer service centre

I only collected the first 26. I only need Volumes 2,5 and 15. Can anyone help? Hachette have sold out.
