Absolutely useless, you must have a US address for your registered account to use the coupon. Really wish eBay would stop sending me coupons I can't use 😡
I set my primary billling and shipping to my us, and used a vpn. Still wouldn't work, and it still had the shouldn't you be shopping at eBay.com.au banner. Even in incognito mode. Grr... had to settle for 10 percent, and then pay 10% gst. Grrr/Quote:
