Multi-signed IDW Regen #100 comics on ebay UK

These are said to be raising money for comic writer Bill Mantlo, and there are 30 numbered copies with signatures from 12 different people who have worked on Transformers over the 30 years.

The 12 autographs are from Bob Budiansky, Jose Delbo, Simon Furman, Geoff Senior, Lee Sullivan, Stephen Baskerville, Andrew Wildman, Guido Guidi, Nick Roche, Jason Cardy, John Paul Bove and Casey Collier.

This UK ebay dealer appears to be selling them, and has 11 of the 30 up for auction (numbers 1-10 and 30). I imagine that the other 19 will be listed later to maximise the bids, or auctioned off at other fund-raising events.

With another four days left and one already over AU$200, this could get interesting.

Since the eBay descriptions don't mention it, the Transformers connection is (at least) two-fold:

1. Bill was responsible for the plots of issue 1 and 2 of the Marvel Transformers comic
2. He created Rocket Raccoon, whose comic was a backup strip in Transformers UK

He's needed full-time care since being the victim of a hit and run in 1992 that left him with severe brain damage.

The first 11 sold for between AU$144 to AU$442 (for the one that is numbered 1 of 30).
