yeah, they have it here in Singapore
Looks like (American) Burger King also have a TF3 toy promotion. Not likely to appear at Hungry Jacks though.

There were also ads on British TV for some new Chicken Nuggets at Burger King that was tied into DOTM (how? Well I'm not sure. The Dad was acting like a robot as he tried them out and the ad ended with a DOTM out X June screen).
