Wow, talk about service. Great that you get a replacement already, rather than waiting weeks for a reply :D

Nice service.
Received this yesterday, and it was sealed in its packaging (in jet mode).
I just can't put my finger on it, but something just doesn't look right...

Unfortunately, this is from a wave that was not released here, so I may not have much luck contacting Hasbro AUS for a replacement part. :(
Damn, you literally could not put your finger on it since it ain't there!
This was an utterly saddening revelation for me :(, but I feel my unluckiness will serve in some well needed education :o:
Beast Wars/Machines Mutants Soundwave is Utterly Littered with Gold/Brown Plastic Syndrome!
Let me highlight the Golden ways...

Everything else is weak Brown plastic except for the tail which is a rather flexible plastic and is probably the safest and strongest part of this figure.
One of my figure's hind feet have already sheered off at the ankle joint (Highlighted) so; Buyers Beware!
can we have some alt mode pics if not to fragile?:o
MP Hot Rod (Hasbro)
The arm pipes (that become the front part of the exhaust pipes in car mode) on some samples see both arms have the same side piece.
Essentially this means that in car mode one side will line up properly but the other side won't.
Basically the the exhaust on both sides in car mode should look (very roughly) like this: __/----, but if you've got this factory defect one side will look like this: ----\----. When you're picking out one at TRU just make sure that both sets of arm pipes bow in the same direction.
I'm posting this here because after having a root around the internet it seems I'm not the only one with this problem.
Also I need a camera because my descriptive powers are horrid.
