Default Cybertron Scout Class figures... in Generations?

According to Seibertron.com, TFClub has up for auction 3 Cybertron Scout Class figures in Generations packaging:

    Undermine

    Wreckloose

    Backstop

No information as of yet as to whether these figures will see a wider release and/or who will be carrying them.

backstop looks interesting as he appears to be the only one that has a new colour scheme....

diggin the new colours on Backstop, the other two appear mostly unchanged but its a good opportunity for those who missed them last time.

Oh boy, it seems that Hasbro is still messing around with the toy lines. There is absolutely no uniformity on which sort of toy goes where.

Maybe they are using a spinning wheel to randomly assign toys?

It doesn't say Generations, just Transformers. Generations is still a Deluxe toyline.

I love the look of that Backstop.

This Generations styled packaging was revealed some time ago for store exclusives, as a marketing measure for stores and customers to recognise similar packaging, but isn't part of the actual (Deluxe only) Generations line.
And they probably didn't want to use the yellow packaging, because of the HftD and RtS promotions/gimmicks that are tied to that style of packaging.

Those Minicons were released in America back in August.
These Scouts are likely to be the same - small chain store exclusives in the US.

Backstop is looking great, he was already a good figure, who suffered from some poor colour choices.

Good way for people to finish up their Cybertron collections.

Wreckloose has a different colour key, I wonder why they bothered to change it
