Hlj refunded me and put towards my metal build Strike Gundam.

Item came well packaged and reasonable speed.

While it charged gst, their services are good.

Is anyone else having trouble shopping at HLJ atm? I've signed in and added toys to my trolley, but when I try to checkout to purchase them it tells me that my trolley is empty and won't allow me to proceed to checkout. Buh?

I bought a Novastar from HLJ yesterday. I had a hell of a frustrating time checking out. Turns out I had to create a new shipping address before I could check out properly.

I had to sign out and back in again to finish a purchase yesterday as the cart kept screwing up. I didn't need to ship anytging though.

I'm trying to preorder a Encore Big Convoy now that they have taken it off order stop, but their site is acting like it's just been hit over the head with a shovel and has short term memory loss.

I asked a mate to see if he could order the toys for me and it didn't work for him either. :/ I've managed to get them from somewhere else, but still... pretty disappointing. I've messaged HLJ and hopefully they can resolve this issue.

Had some issues with the HLJ Private Warehouse through desktop/laptop web browser. Funnily enough, the site process seemed to be fine through a smartphone browser. When the new version of the site was launched few weeks ago, I couldn't even pre-order.

While the old site wasn't responsive/optimised for mobile devices, it was reliable. Now it is flaky and slow to load.

tried looking at their transformers sale page. Couldn't load. I hope they get this sorted soon. I've been a happy HLJ customer for many years.
