I presume this is because they built the new site while the last site was still in use. Understandable.

Also the old database was in Squarespace. AFAIK Squarespace doesn't allow exporting of customer data. They basically want to lock their customers in for life.

Oh yeah. I didn't even make the connection that the new site was Shopify. Much better. I despise SS sites. (Don't ever press Esc to cancel a click on an SS site!)
