No Idea about who she is or where she's from, but I like the crazy penguins.
Honestly, who thinks of these characters???? Sadly quite a bit more expensive than your avg figma for sme reason.

Heh, that is pretty cool, but I don't think I want to drop $50 on a figure I know nothing about.
It seems figma has two price points, around 2500 for the small sets and 3500 for the large ones.
