By the looks of the text, I would say it's an in-house design with three characters. Silver Crow, Black Lotus and Scarlet Rain.

I've seen the figure before, so I'm sure it's from some game or anime...

Here are some more pages from April Dengeki. Of interest (to me) are the Fate and BRS bikes. BTW, does the BRS bike transform or anything like that?

You may have to hold your drool as GSC is notorious for delaying figma's but sometimes thats a blessing in disguise.

Yeh, this will be the 4th iteration of the same character. 2 of which have come out in the last 6 months. Plus there is another coming with the DVD release...
